Life Stream classes on Zoom*
Kids yoga classes are a perfect way to explore gentle yoga through fun exercises, easy breathing, and partner yoga.
KIDS NEED YOGA
Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, video games, and competitive sports. These influences can be very stressful for them.
Yoga can help counter these pressures.
Yoga teaches children to develop co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem as they stretch and strengthen their bodies. The postures grow and develop as the children do. Children learn techniques of self-health and relaxation that will help them better manage stressors and pressures throughout their lives.
TIME & VENUE
From September 16, 2019 - Term time only.
Mondays at Elizabeth House Community Centre
4:15 to 5:00 pm - Kids Yoga 4-6 years
5:05 to 5:50 pm - Kids Yoga 7-11 years
Class sizes are limited – so early bookings are recommended
Your child do not need any specialist clothing just a pair of leggings and a t-shirt or his/her PE outfit.
Drop off and collection class only, parents not permitted to stay.

Kids Yoga 4-10 yrs
As Public Health England is now requesting people to avoid gatherings, the classes will continue online using the application Zoom.
Zoom is a free interactive online video platform. Please visit their website and sign up for an account if you don’t have one already. You can also download an app for mobile use if you prefer.
On the day of the yoga class, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the session.
I am registered 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance International. I also trained in Yoga for Children at Triyoga with Susannah Hoffmann and Teen Yoga and Mindfulness with Charlotta Martinus at Yoga Campus. I am fully insured and I have an enhanced DBS clearance, first-aid and child protection certificates.
